I’m Danni. Portland is my home. My heart city. I have lived in Portland since 2003, arriving via Massachusetts and California. What can I say? Not all Oregonians are from Oregon. But choosing a place to live because it speaks to your heart, embraces your soul, and brings joy to your daily life fosters a gratitude that runs deep.
Whether you live here already or you are looking to move here, I want you to fall in love with this city as I have. I want to make your sale or your purchase as easy and as stress-free as possible. Charles (Bud) Garrison
I am Charles “Bud” Garrison. I am honored to work with Danni and the rest of the team in our real estate practice. I have found in my career that I really enjoy helping people through the major transitions and decisions in their lives, and I hope that we can work together in your real estate transaction.
The majority of my career has been spent working in healthcare and healthcare information technology. I began my career working as a surgical technician in a major trauma center in Denver, CO. I have developed customer service departments in startup companies, built my own consulting practice, and most recently developed and managed large departments in an academic medical center. During this time, I have gained experience in negotiation, contract management and dealing with difficult conversations. I bring all of this experience to our real estate practice.
In my free time, I enjoy trying all the great new food options in Portland, tinkering with our 100+-year-old house, playing with new technology, and volunteering in animal rescue. Danni and I currently volunteer with Multnomah County Animal Services where we work to find adoptable dogs their forever homes. You can see some of the dogs we have fostered over the years here. One thing to know about us – we love to give back!

I am Adam Thomas, an independent Transaction Coordinator (TC) who is happy to include these fine folks among my many satisfied clients.
I have found that my true passion in real estate is in Transaction Coordination. I love assisting brokers in creating happy clients, helping them with their paperwork woes, and in general being their real estate sidekick with the knowledge and availability to help with almost any task. I have been a Transaction Coordinator for national companies as well as local brokerages.
My passion for the great outdoors led me to the great state of Oregon in 2015, where I feel I’m most at home. I’m a self proclaimed “people helper,” with a passion for anything real estate related.
